SCHEDULED NIGHT PATROLS

Checks while the premises are closed.

For sites that benefit from planned visits to check agreed doors, shutters, gates and accessible boundaries.

  • Defined inspection points and visit instructions
  • Frequency and time on site agreed in advance
  • Proposed 19:00–07:00 window, subject to route availability

FROM THE FIRST ALERT

Who calls.
Who attends.
What happens next.

Your agreement identifies the authorised customer, keyholder or contracted Alarm Receiving Centre that can request attendance.

Monitoring is arranged separately where needed. App alerts, alarm acknowledgement, dispatch and physical arrival are different events and are recorded accordingly.

Agreed before activation

  • Service hours, coverage and backup arrangements
  • The point at which an attendance fee applies
  • Included on-site time and extra time or waiting rates
  • Key issue, return and access control procedures
  • Authority for boarding, repairs or other contractors
  • Reporting, emergency contacts and escalation

RETAIL, OFFICES & INDUSTRIAL SITES

The right checks for each site.

01

Retail & high streets

Agreed closing-time or external checks, with a named contact when something needs attention.

02

Offices & commercial units

Keyholding and checks around agreed entrances, access points and shared premises.

03

Industrial premises

Site-specific checks for compounds, gates, shutters and accessible boundaries, with hazards recorded before visits begin.

LOCAL PATROLS. ON TWO WHEELS.

Support for busy
town routes.

The automatic patrol bike is part of the proposed urban approach, supporting movement between local premises when traffic is busy.

Vehicle deployment, staffing and hours are confirmed through the local patrol plan.

BUSINESS QUESTIONS

Clear terms from the outset.

Are all attendances charged at £55 + VAT?

That is the commercial guide for an authorised attendance within the quoted scope. Your written quotation sets the charge point, included time, extra time and waiting rates, and any cancelled-dispatch charge.

Can you arrange boarding or repairs?

Where needed, the officer follows the agreed authorisation and escalation procedure. Contractor work and additional waiting time may carry separate charges.

What standards and licensing apply?

The service plan requires SIA licences appropriate to the duties undertaken. BS 7984-1 for keyholding and response, and BS 7984-3 for mobile patrols, are references for developing the operating procedures. This draft does not claim certification or assessed compliance.

YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy and your information

Kevin Elliott, trading as I-Spy CCTV, handles enquiries about I-SPY Patrol. Contact hello@ispypatrol.co.uk about your enquiry or information.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, property postcode, property type and requested service. Your phone number and further property details are optional. Please leave out keys, access codes and camera passwords.

A submission is stored in the website’s Forminator records. An internal email alerts the team, and the local Jetpack CRM connector creates or matches a contact, records an enquiry history and creates a follow-up task. The form does not create a booking, service contract or live dispatch.

Your information is used to review and respond to the service you ask about. The separate launch-email option is optional and is not preselected. You can ask to stop launch emails at any time.

Pressing “Load customer reviews” connects to REVIEWS.io. Loading the coverage map connects to OpenStreetMap and unpkg. These optional services receive normal connection information; neither is loaded until requested. The postcode is not sent to a geocoding provider.

This WordPress website is hosted with Krystal. Enquiry emails use the business’s email service. Read the privacy policy for processing arrangements, retention, lawful bases and your data rights.

BEFORE A SERVICE STARTS

An assessment comes first

Services are subject to a property assessment and written agreement. Prices are guides, not an accepted quotation. An enquiry does not create a contract, reserve a patrol or authorise payment.

Your written proposal must state the contracting business, scope, start date, price and VAT, patrol frequency, response hours, dispatch authority, the attendance charge point, included attendance duration, extra time and waiting rates, additional charges, cancellation and complaints process.

Licensable work requires the appropriate SIA licence. References to BS 7984-1 and BS 7984-3 describe standards for developing the service; they are not a claim of assessed compliance or certification. This page does not claim that I-SPY is an SIA Approved Contractor or NSI Gold company, and installation reviews are not reviews of the new patrol service.

The enquiry page is not an emergency reporting channel. Call the appropriate emergency service in an emergency.
