RESIDENTIAL & HOLIDAY PROPERTIES
Your home.
An agreed plan.
A local contact for the times you cannot be there. Optional keyholding, alarm attendance and property checks, arranged around your home and your hours.
Attendance and holiday visits are separately quoted unless expressly included.
CHOOSE THE SUPPORT YOU NEED
Someone to call.
A clear way forward.
Keyholding
An agreed arrangement for keys, access instructions and nominated contacts, ready for authorised attendance.
Alarm attendance
A response plan for your existing Alarm or CCTV system, with compatibility, dispatch and service hours checked first.
Holiday checks
External property inspections during agreed dates, with the visit frequency and checks set out in your quotation.
YOUR EQUIPMENT STAYS YOURS
Keep your system.
Add physical support.
CCTV and Alarm equipment bought outright remains yours. A patrol agreement is a separate, optional service.
Existing I-Spy CCTV customers can build on our knowledge of their installation. We can also assess systems installed by others.

RESIDENTIAL QUESTIONS
What to expect.
Does the monthly price include call-outs?
Only if your written agreement expressly includes them. The guide price does not include unlimited attendance or holiday visits.
Will you enter my home?
Only where that is part of the agreed instructions and it is safe to do so. External checks and internal access are scoped separately.
Can a phone notification send a patrol?
Only through an agreed and tested dispatch arrangement. An app notification on its own does not automatically instruct an officer.
Is the member app ready?
You can request an assessment through the enquiry form. App features will be introduced separately when ready.
