We also agree lighting, approach routes and any livestock considerations. Animal care and handling are outside the patrol service.

RURAL ENQUIRIES
Bristol and the surrounding area.
Enquiries are welcome from Winterbourne, Iron Acton, Frampton Cotterell, Westerleigh, Yate, Wickwar, Badminton, Wotton-under-Edge, the Cotswold edge, Chew Valley and North Somerset borders.
These are enquiry locations. The site, access and required hours are checked before a service is offered.

Before the first visit.
Will visits disturb horses or livestock?
Visits are planned to minimise disturbance, using agreed approach routes, considerate lighting and quiet checks where safe. Site instructions identify sensitive areas and gate procedures.
Can you assess a site without mains power?
Yes, we can discuss the setup. Any 4G, battery-backed or solar-powered equipment needs a compatible alert path, adequate reception, power arrangements and safe access checked before response is activated.
Is a 4×4 always assigned to my property?
Vehicle selection depends on the access assessment and the local patrol plan. The image illustrates the proposed rural approach; your agreement confirms how your site will be served.
What does the monthly guide include?
Your quotation specifies the patrol frequency, checks and time on site. Alarm attendance, extra visits and additional time are separately quoted unless expressly included.
